1.Finance
1. For any claims either for expenses or travel related to Club events, we are to request the relevant form from Ann-Marie or CR. On completion the form is to be returned to Ann-Marie with the necessary receipt(s) and she will refund the sum claimed.
2. If payment for a team entry to a race/relay is required, all paperwork is to go directly to Anne-Marie who will organise the payment.If the entry is via Sportident (when payment is to be made on-line) please let Ann-Marie know in advance if at all possible and print off a reciepr for refund.
3. All claims are to be made within a reasonable time-frame and certainly by the end of November in time for the finalisation of accounts prior to the AGM.

2.Kit
1. Kath M and Chris R to visit Complete Runner to finalise the order for club kit,a hoodie and a wind/showerproof jacket.These will be in club colours navy with yellow writing (CR cannot wear yellow!)
These items will be available for sale at a price subsidised by the club.More information available by start of September.
2. Junior vests and hoodies to be ordered with extra printing – the Skipton Charities Gala –on the back as we have received a grant from the Gala committee.

3.Futher Spending
1.We will very soon have our own club banner! Available for events to advertise ourselves/identify meeting point.
2.A club tent to be organised for use at events for changing and storage.CR and RichardB to finalise the purchase. (PN has a 6 person Vango tunnel tent with two separate rooms for load highly suitable for this purpose.)

4.Results
Some splendid results!
1.Robbie Swift-won the U20 Mens 2000m Steeple Run at the Yorkshire and Humberside Championships.
2.At the Sharphaw Fell race
Joe Mercer 1st Richard B 8th Johnny Pawson 13th also completing the race were Derek I and Steve Hunn.
3.Andy Ellwood completed an Ultra event in Wales-rather a lot of running uphill and down for 30hours!
4.Jayne Butterwoth is currently first woman in the Pendle Grand prix.
5.At the Washburn Relay our women’s team –Clare P Jayne B and Karen C –was the winning women’s team!

Parkrun
Parkrun is a free weekly 5k time trial – Saturday mornings 9.00am.
Venue – Bradford Lister Park
