Skipton AC AGM
Hi folks
Please note that the club’s Annual General Meeting will be held at 7:30 on Friday 2nd December 2011 at The Three Links Club / Oddfellows Arms (back of the Town Hall car park). Anybody who has been running with us is welcome to attend but only paid up members may vote. At the AGM, we review the last year’s activities, report on our finances and elect the club officers and committee. The AGM is also an opportunity to amend the club’s constitution. There is an item below on this.
Please can members inform myself, the club secretary, of any nominations for positions of club officers or committee, proposed changes to the constitution and items for the AGM agenda before 16th November 2011 so that these can be publicised to members in advance of the AGM. Agenda items not included at the AGM will be discussed at the club meeting following the AGM.
At the AGM we also provide some food and the Oddfellows has a bar where you can buy drinks, so the AGM is as sociable as we can make it! For catering purposes, please can people let me know if whether they will attend the AGM and send their apologies if they will be absent.
